Is it safe to clean a clock with a wet fabric or something else??

I'm unsure if it's waterproof since it has a battery inside. If it's exposed to water too often, I'm afraid the surface finish quality will decrease. But if you want to wipe it with a wet cloth, I think it's fine. Just make sure you don't use too much water and wipe it gently.
